A Pittsburgh Pirates fan was tasered and subdued with police batons are allegedy threatening another man, and it was all caught on video.

The YouTube video shows Scott James Ashley, 41, being escorted from his seat during Saturday night’s game when he pushed another man. Police then used a stun gun and batons to arrest him.

Throughout the video, fans are heard chanting “USA.”

Ashley is being held on $5,000 bail on four misdemeanors, including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Just that Saturday morning, Michael Schacht, a Pirates usher, was found dead less than two miles from the stadium. Police are calling his death “suspicious.”

Did anyone else say to themselves "why, then, is this thread about someone being tasered" when they read that last paragraph? lol here I thought it was just another fight at a sporting event, and then that last paragraph comes out of nowhere to spice this story up a little..i like it

Yeah. That kinda caught me by surprise as well.

The officers also complained that several other fans were throwing beer/sptitting at them

Funny, I remember during the football season everyone made a big deal out of the Browns fan who allegedly tackled an 8 year old. A lot of people here used that event to attack Cleveland fans, and acted like they were the only fan base who had a few fans that will misbehave.

Too bad capone isn't a Pirates fan, I was hoping he was the guy who got tasered.
