Bobby Ryan is an idiot for what he did last night and is looking a possible lengthy suspension.

Zdeno Chara was taken to hospital for dehydration so he could be out tonight.

The Wings are just toying with Phoenix today/right now. Its as if the Coyotes are traffic cones out there.

4-0, and could be much worse.

Coyotes make a nice comeback, but fall short 4-3. That was a nice end to the game and the Wings defense finally stood up late.

Flyers-Sabers in an hour then two tonight:
Habs at Bruins at 7:00pm
Kings at Sharks at 10:00pm

I like the Flyers, Habs, and Kings tonight.

The Habs defeat the Boston Goons 3-1 and take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. The Goons are toast, never in their history have they come back from 2-0 to win a series.

The Broons have played like they don't want to be there.

Cam Neely will fire Julien if they get swept or only win 1 game.

LA straight out dominated the Sharks last night. Drew Doughty had one hell of a game, 4 points.
When the Kings are on, they are one if not, the toughest team in the league with their talent. That series is going 6 or 7 in my view.

I went three for three last night in my games, not a surprise really.
Today, we have three games:

Caps @ Rangers 3:00pm. Caps are up 2-0. I think the Rangers somehow find a way to win this game, a goal late.
Ducks @ Pred. 6:00pm. Series tied at 1-1. I have no idea about this game, but I like what I saw from the Ducks in game 2, so I think they can get it done.
Canucks @ Hawks. 8:00pm Canucks up 2-0. Chicago can't score, at all. They are too talented to be shutout again, and think they can take this game.

When it comes to the Ducks/Preds, don't forget Bobby Ryan is suspended for 2 games.

Yeah, forgot that one. That was a good call by the NHL.
That said, that changes the game for me. I now see the Preds taking that game. Ryan's loss is a big one.

Who are they gonna put on the top line now? Blake-Koivu-Selanne has chemistry so I wouldn't want to break that up. Maybe they put Beleskey, Ruutu, or Chipchura on the top line. Who knows.

I have no idea really, and it will be interesting to watch.

On NBC now, the Caps and Rangers are scoreless about midway through the 1st. Some great hits and back and forth action.
I may be in the minority, but I love Sean Avery haha.

The Caps just showed why they are a much better team than last year. They just killed a huge 5-3 chance by the Rangers. Great interior defense and great goaltending. The Rangers never got a good look or shot.

Still 0-0, end of 1.

Caps will start the 2nd on the PP.

Ovie with a sick goal to tie the game, less than a minute to go in the 2nd.
Then, the Caps get a huge break and the goal that the Rangers appeared to have scored with 0.01 seconds left was determined to to cross the line when the clock ran out. Awful call in my view as it was a goal.

End of 2, tied at 1. Great game.

I loved him for the "sloppy seconds" comment. Especially because of the "OMG thatz so rude!!!!" backlash. I was like, "Really...this is a sport where there are dozens of hard hits and scuffles every game — but sarcastic jerkass comments...NOW THAT'S WHAT NEEDS CRACKED DOWN ON!!!!"

Awesome end to the game.
Rangers hang on and win 3-2.
The whole third was back and forth, with a fluky goal with less than 2 minutes. The goal came off a sick move.
Caps still hold the series lead, 2-1.

Ducks and Preds just started.
