Anyone used any of these programs or recommend one over the other? Im 27 and want to lose 15-30 lbs. With the nicer weather I plan on working out more but want to get better discipline on my meals. Also Im on the road about 2 days a week so that always put a damper on eating habits, so if one is better for traveling let me know. Also these are just two that I've heard about. If someone has any other suggestions Im willing to look into them.
-Over/Under on people saying just eat better and workout is at 5....I get that, I just want something to get me eating right.
