Agree on all counts. Well, I don't mind UNC all that much.

Not really. Yeah, Usc is down, but was early in the year and the teams have gone in opposite directions.mallymal614 wrote: This makes the Ohio State loss to USC feel even worse!

Iowa beat Arizona soundly. USC beat Ohio State. Ohio State beat Iowa. Arizona beat USC. None of it means anything.

Other than the fact that because these teams beat each other none of them are playing in the NC....but I digress!Cleveland Buck wrote: Iowa beat Arizona soundly. USC beat Ohio State. Ohio State beat Iowa. Arizona beat USC. None of it means anything.

To me it shows that Ohio State had no business losing to USC, but Tress being conservative (kicking the FG at the 1, not kicking the FG at the end of the game and having a net put of 20 some yds) somehow found a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory

I agree coach little game hurt Ohio State in what was a big game at the time.

Didn't the Buckeyes also beat Iowa without Iowa's starting QB?? And it took them OT to do it?? None of it matters anyway, Bama and Texas will be playing for the NC game....It was a very average year in college football this year...UC, TCU, Boise St all ranked in the top 6 spots is evidence alone...

Yeah... Ohio State beat Iowa in OT... what is your point? I'm not saying Iowa is a bunch of world beaters, but they could be playing in a BCS game.tmast71 wrote: Didn't the Buckeyes also beat Iowa without Iowa's starting QB?? And it took them OT to do it??
