Miles said that after he committed to play at Connecticut, which took place eight days after Moore introduced him to Nochimson, he began receiving gifts from Nochimson, shoes and clothes, and $250 every three days.
"Once I committed and was really part of the family, he started to come, and help me out," Miles said of Nochimson.

This is one of the reasons that I'm going to hate pulling for Uconn today. I can't stand Calhoun and all of the shady shit that has went on in Storrs. Awesome timing on these details coming out but that's the nature of the beast. If you're involved in stuff like this it will get brought up right before your biggest game of the season.

This is what I find funny.

Calhoun is on probation. He actually has NCAA violations against him. Yet you would assume, based on coverage, that Calipari and UK are the ones facing the death penalty this week...

You really think it's funny that people are going to be critical of Calipari, after he's already had 2 FF's taken away from him? lol

Nope, it's clear why it's being talked about.

However, what has been a bigger story? Calipari or Calhoun? Even if we concede they are equally as dirty (facts say they aren't, Calhoun is worse), which has gotten more negative press?

There is a media bias. I'm used to it. I can ignore it. It's just comical sometimes.

Like I saw ESPN scrolling the link to the Jeff Goodman article on their "breaking news: bottom line" like it's some groundbreaking story that has just "been unearthed" this week.

That story is almost 2 years old...it was a hot topic in Kentucky...over a year ago. Literally, someone pulling an old story out, asking people to comment on it, and re-writing it to get some current hits. Do people realize what journalism would be like if this happened frequently?
