They are only about 6 deep and with all the bitching about OSUs depth the last 2 years would assure me that a 6-rotation Kentucky team would have NO chance to make it this far.

How did Callipari do it? I think they must be on HGH and all live in oxygen chambers...

How does these kids do it? just the stamina.. unreal...

+1. They have had the easiest path to the final 4. Didnt have to play a single good team.

Assuming this is a serious question, which I dont think it is.....but I will address that.......

In the NCAA tournament the halfimes are expanded, and I do believe the TV timeouts are as well. When you factor in all the timeouts the teams get, and the TV timeouts I think every 4 game minutes,..ya dont need to have a deap bench

No one said OSU would tire this year, other than the few who said that about Sullinger.

Last year people did say that, because OSU was so one dimensional you worried about Turner.

With that said, I'm not sure what the point of this thread is.

I did hear an announcer of a game, or pregame, wonder if with their short bench if OSU would tire. I remember it being said and I let out a "BULLSHIT" as soon as he said it.

The TV timeouts are always after every 4th minute. Just in the tournament they last about twice as long.

Good point, at least we didn't lose to an 8 seeded mid major. LOL

Yeah...I know. Just saying with all the timeouts and extended length in the tournament that these athletes really shouldnt get that tired wiht a short bench. I can see a little bit of what some say but if your best five are your best five, I think a team that has a short bench would benefit over a team that plays 8-9 guys because the times that the extended bench is used then those players are not nearly as good thus giving the opponant an advantage of having a short bench.

They are only playing 2 games in a three day period, then had off 4 days. It has to be less strenous then the regular season where you fly to one game, fly home, etc. In tournament ya fly there.....play....win..stick around for a couple of days and play again.

Not as strenous as the pundits say it should be.

but then again..they need to talk about something

Haha.

There's absolutely nothing there september. Come off it. There are far more fearful issues going on if someone was going to worry. The Kanter situation was much more of a story.
