Has anyone been on it here? I hurt my leg at home and filled out all the paper work at work to claim. The first three days im off I dont get paid for but will get 70% of my pay after that. My main question how long will it take before I will start recieving money? Been off for five weeks now and nothing they keep giving me a run around about talking to this person or this person has to talk to my dr. Is there anything that I can do to help speed them up? This sucks cause it has put a big dent in my bank account.

Hurt your leg at home and filling out a claim at work. So you filled out a claim saying you got hurt at work?

Sounds like this is a policy you pay for as part of your benefits or it's provided to you as part of your benefits. Who is the underwriter? Call them directly.
If the premiums are paid by the company as part of your benefits do you know if your are taxed on the amount they pay? If you are not the payments you eventually receive will be considered taxable income. Be prepared fro that when you complete your 2011 taxes.

If the premiums of the policy are paid with after tax dollars from your check or the employer is paying the premiums and reporting it as taxable income to you the benefits you receive will be tax free.
