Our tourney hopes are now over....are you pulling for a certain team?

For me it's almost a nightmare of teams remaining. UNC vs Kentucky....yuck, puke. I'll likely root for UK as if UNC wins I lose a good chance of winning my school tourney pool.....but I can't stand Calipari.....I'd much rather Roy Williams get another final 4.

UConn versus the winner....YUCK again....if it's UK vs UConn....my two least favorite coaches but I do like Kemba Walker......and since one of my 2 brackets have Uconn in the finals....I'll side with money.......same with UNC vs UConn.

Butler......if somebody had to win....it's definately this group. The New Duke? Is this team Duke circa 1987?

VCU......good story...and whipping Kansas as I type this.....I'll root for Butler if they face each other....but for whatever reason feel VCU would have a better chance of knoocking off UK/UNC/UCONN

Kansas.......for sake of about $140....I hope they beat UConn in the finals......but I really don't want Kansas to win.

So I guess money aside I want Butler to win it.

Funny enough all of these teams EXCEPT UNC have had enormous games versus Duke in the tournament over the years.

Butler or VCU all day long. Probably pull for Butler.

I wouldn't mind if Duke was handed the NCAA championship by beating the North Pole in a game of putt-putt, I want the championship each and every time. I loved all the hate that was thrown our way after earning the title with a win over Butler last season. As we are seeing now, I think, Brad Stevens has the magic touch and one hell of a team. The core of that team has become legendary and will forever be imbedded in the fabric of this game's history because of the things they've accomplished the past two springs.

As for this tournament, I am officially a Bulldog now. I want to cheer Duke's future mentor on. Go Butler! As I said on the other thread, we are already carving out his office in gargoyle stone for the day Coach K leaves his throne. Since he obviously can't have Coach K's towering office on the top floor of the Schwartz-Butters Athletic Complex, I think we will give Brad a really tall pine tree. It will be opulent and it will have a trebuchet.

I'm pulling for Butler. I would love to see VCU win it as well.

It's definately UConn losing to VCU or Butler now.....if UConn wins the next round I win $140 bucks....had 52 brackets in my contest I did and I am the only one left with a chance to score points left......if UConn loses to UK I finish 4th and out of the money.......so it's pretty safe to bet on UK in other words

I couldn't care less. Truth be told I'd rather see one of the bigger guys (UConn or UK) win it. Worst case scenario is that the magic runs out on Butler/VCU in the championship game and they get drilled by 20+ points.

I'm a Kent State grad so I always root for the mid-majors. I'm thrilled that a mid-major will make the final game. I just hope either Butler or VCU will go all the way.

I was obviously not being serious -- I have no idea why I added the putt-putt part, maybe I was drunk. I was just pointing out that I'd rather beat the Stetson Mad Hatters and claim the ultimate prize than not for fear of being condemned for having "too easy a road" by the fans of another team that didn't even make the field last year...

I won't even watch the Final Four. I think in my old age I seem to only care about my team. Once my team is out of it I lose interest.
Same reason why I haven't watched a super bowl in years. When the Bengals get eliminated (usually around week 7 or 8) I just shut down. Watch only my team and when the season concludes that is it for me. Same with baseball, and now same with college basketball.
