I'm disappointed Pitt lost but I have to say I love watching this guy play.
Just some of the little crafty, smart things he does is unique.
In some ways like that guy Brian Cardinal from Purdue but not entirely the same. Cardinal a better rebounder and Howard a lot more skilled offensively.

A lot of surprising results throughout the college basketball season, but certainly one of the biggest head scratchers would have to be:
YSU 62
Butler 60
Feb. 3
Butler's last loss by the way
YSU 62
Butler 60
Feb. 3
Butler's last loss by the way

YSU wasn't a have bad team this year. The coaching just sucks. Caught a few games when I was home and they would play hard then just look like they just didn't care. They had some really good outside shooting.

Im just stunned at how poorly Pitt played defensively. ALl you have to do versus them is let Howard beat you and you win. Instead, they gave up 3 after 3 after 3. When they made their first half run, Howard shot 4 times in a row 0/4. In the second half, early when Pitt exerted themselves, they went inside and Howard was 1/4. He finished 5/16 I think. He isnt going to beat you if you make him. But if you let him be the "side man" like Pitt did to often, he is smart enough to make the plays.

To be fair, they were in Mack's pocket quite a few times and he still pissed in their faces.
Not much you can do about that.

after he got fire (or the team caught fire). I was at a bar without sound, so dont know who hit all the 3s early on. But some of the looks were just wide open, or little contested (guy there, but didnt even jump with Butler). They got hot, and then defense doesnt matter.
