I thought about taking Gonzaga, but went chalk. St. John away from the Garden is alright, plus they have no tournament experience. Gonzaga is always tough and always experienced.
So, St. John losing is not a surprise, even with me picking them. (But, I do have them losing to BYU next round)

I actually expected St. Johns to make a decent run.

Gonzaga played their best game of the year. They dominated the boards, hit shots, and controlled the game. Great job!!!

Also have zags in elite 8. They are a good ball club. They scheduled like crazy but are ready for tournament.

Maybe it was because I really like Steven Gray, but I looked at this team and though late 90s Gonzaga. They reminded me way more of those squads types than the recent types. IE, more underdog ready with a bunch of tough players and less praised all season as a top 15 squad who is a favorite. We shall see, they looked good last night, but SJ is a horrible team, or a top 5 team...
