Big Walnut and Delaware Hayes High Schools will be running the Vengeance Wrestling Club during the months of April and May, beginning on April 4th at Hayes at 6 PM. The club will take place on Mondays at Hayes High School and Wednesdays at Big Walnut High School, both sites will run from 6-7:30. The team will be travelling to 4-5 tournaments as a club team in greco, freestyle and flokstyle formats. Clinicians coming into club include Rex Holman, Tom Ryan, Joel Greenlee and Ed Potokar. How much?

The cost is $100 which includes shorts and a t-shirt along with the instruction. In addition, we will be getting team singlets and provide entry into the NA and Circleville Duals. The junior high and youth price is $50.

The Vengeance Wrestling Club for all hard-working junior high and high school wrestlers. It is a spring freestyle and Greco Roman club that is geared toward training for spring and summer competitions, learning new techniques, and polishing old ones. Thus, practices will consist of learning new technique, drilling, and live wrestling. There will be a great coach-to-wrestler ratio….a lot of eyes and wrestling knowledge to help tweak your technique. The $100 fee will cover 16 bi-weekly training sessions, your entry fee and opportunity to represent VWC at the Ohio Duals (May 14) and the Circleville Duals (May 21), VWC singlet rental for these competitions, a VWC t-shirt, VWC workout shorts, and coach representation at two regional GR and FS qualifiers. VWC will also travel as a team to local folkstyle tournaments (TBD).

Training Sessions: April 4th- May 25th. Mondays from 6:00- 7:30pm at Delaware Hayes HS and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm PM at Big Walnut HS. A typical session will consist of 30 minutes of new technique, 30 minutes of drilling, and at least 30 minutes of live wrestling.
