That deal during the bowl season was that if ND won their bowl, he'd not post on their threads, right? There's been debate over whether that goes for basketball as well recently, but it's definite for football, isn't it? Mentioning that because on the CFB thread about is Kelly should be fired, he's posted many times while exaggerating things (calling a 20-year-old an "innocent child" like he was six or something) in an attempt to imitate the passive-aggressive trolling that CoA, LikeThat and RawDawg all bitch at Dynasty for doing while they do the same thing themselves.

Oh, so everyone knows, after he commented on that thread that it only applies to threads with "ND" in the title, I changed the thread title to include "ND" for the fuck of it.

Sleeper claims it but no where in the actual bet was it mentioned as such. These were the two posts regarding the bet:

So the bet was that he would never post on a Notre Dame thread again vs. never post on a thread with ND in the title. He said he'd accept, but it looked more like a counter offer than an actual acceptance. And a counter-offer is a rejection of the offer and a new offer to the original offeror. Us, being the judge and jury can interpret that how we want. But one thing is for sure, there clearly was no qualification for it being only towards football.

I'd also like to point out that we could go around and put ND in every thread title and technically he couldn't post anymore if we stick to the strict interpretation of his counter offer that he wants.

Just put him back in the basement where he belongs

Also the specifically the letters "ND" only thing is something he made up. It needs to be any title pertaining to Notre Dame.

Just from what I have seen on other forums, the only bets we should enforce are ban bets. It will get too messy and too much to handle as the site keeps growing. If anything, if someone reneges on a bet to stay out of certain threads, I think with evidence we should just change their av and sig or something
