The St. Francis DeSales High School Wrestling Club is exited to announce that…
Josh Demas as well as other guest clinicians will be featured throughout the club.
Former guest clinicians include: Tom Ryan, Lou Rosselli, J. Jaggers, Mike Pucillo, Lance Palmer, Tommy Rowlands, Reece Humphrey, Kirk Nail and more…..
• Location: St Francis DeSales High School 4212 Karl Road Columbus, Ohio43224
• When: Club Sign-ups Monday April, 4th from 5:30-6:00 pm. Club will run every Monday & Wednesday through Wednesday May,18th from 6:00-7:30. There will be no club on April 25th &27th due to spring break
• Cost: $75 Non club members can come for a single session at $10
The DeSales Wrestling Club will focus on Folk style and Freestyle techniques throughout the club. Live wrestling will take place with every session. Information on spring/summer wrestling tournaments will be handed out and discussed.
The mission of The DeSales Wrestling Club is to offer the best competition and knowledge to help every wrestler achieve their goals. We want to create a workout environment that is fun and exciting for wrestlers of all age and experience levels.

In addition to the club I would like to take a team to each of the following competitions.
4/9 - Lakota East
4/16 - TOC
4/30 - Dayton Stebbins
5/7 - Oregon Clay
The state tournaments 5/14 (GS) and 5/15 (FS) at Western Brown High School.

Wha!?!? No Friday night CHALLENGE @ Groveport Madison on April 8th!?!?!?
Good luck with the Club, coach. Also, keep us informed as to who might be coming in on a particular night... Some of only get to pick and choose our nights out anymore. (Not that I'm complaining...)

Last night was a great technique session! Our guest showed us some “dirty” chain wrestling.
