Yea, it's done, but they'll try to make a run at it w/ Uncle Jessie. I'm sure Sheen will continue to rake in the syndication money as well.

Certainly not the decision CBS wanted to make, but Sheen forced their hand.

The show has a pretty decent supporting cast, but there simply is no show without Chuck.
I'll tune in for the first few shows, just to see how they write Charlie Harper out of it. There's been jokes about his death and will for years. Maybe Rose will drug him again and hide him away somewhere. I can't imagine them actually making this work with Uncle Jessie as CHarper. But since Allen is a broke free-loader it would be pretty easy to just have him move in with a Charlie Harper clone.

The first few shows will be huge, but if it isn't good people won't keep tuning in.
What is funny, is the inevitable legal battle will end-up being good for both sides, generating lots of publicity and keeping both in the headlines. That said, I have a feeling Sheen doesn't have much of a leg to stand on - I think a "moral terpitude" clause is pretty standard and as reasonably ironclad as any such contract stipulation can be.
I will say this: I'd tune in to a live stream of Sheen panning a "Two and a Half Men" episode in real-time. No doubt interactive tv at it's finest.

Kiefer Sutherland would be my choice, but I'm sure he already turned them down.
There's a rap video out there where a white dude does Sheen and has samples. Then it gets all fast and sucks or is great depending on if you like that shit or not. Not sure where I saw it.
