I can honestly say I'd rather listen to Walton than Van Gundy...and I can't stand Walton. My dad once denied him a handshake in an elevator and told him when he's on TV he shouldn't talk so much. LOL, and yes, kinda sadly, that is a completely true story.

I'll take an MVP over an 82 game period over an MVP over a 5 game period. Cedric Maxwell won the Finals MVP too.

But I didn't hear you calling Paul Pierce MVP all of last year. Don't be a douche, this is why people hate Kobe fans, if you're going to call Kobe the MVP the whole year after he wins it then LeBron gets that respect as well.

Okay, explain that to all of the fans in Cleveland who chanted MVP for LeBron after Kobe won it. Btw.. MVP for the regular season is worthless if you don't bring it during the playoffs. Finals MVP = championship

I'm not talking about all the Cleveland fans, I'm talking about you. You weren't calling Paul Pierce the MVP after he won the Finals MVP. You referred to Kobe as the MVP all year, but now there is a double standard? And do you really want to try to tell me that LeBron didn't "bring it" during the playoffs? I always refer to Kobe as the MVP, just like you always refer to LeBron as the MVP, just like Hornets fans refer to CP3 as MVP, Heat fans refer to Dwade as MVP, Suns fans refer to Nash as the MVP etc..

Do you see a pattern here dude?
