You were confused.

But you were also wrong. BF:BC2 is a very solid game.

I'm guessing because it was actually team based and not a run and spray game.

I usually get both Battlefield and COD, because they offer a completely different play style... When I want to pick up and shoot anything in sight, I'll play COD.. When I want to have some strategy/team work involved, I played BF...

Part of the reason I loved MAG as much as I did was the team based goals.

Now, if you want to talk horrible games.. World at War and MW2 classify as such. I returned both games within a 14 day period. I'm enjoying Black Ops as much as I did COD4.

As a PC gamer, I am so excited for BF3. DICE is designing this game around the PC and not just making a console port like most games have been since BF2. BF2 was an amazing game and BF3 shouldn't disappoint.

Saw the commercials for it last night. If it plays remotely as well as it looks, it'll be great.

This game is going to blow the COD games up to this point away!

BF2 was a great game, but this looks to be on an entirely different level.

Better quality video. Watch it in HD for the pretties.

64-player battles on the PC will be awesome.

However, I echo what someone else said about BC2. I heard nothing but praise about it so I bought it recently and wasn't impressed. It's OK...but I still prefer Team Fortress 2.

Why were you comparing TF2 to BF:BC2?

They're both "team" based first-person shooters. But yeah, I can see why it's a bad comparison. I don't know. BC2 just felt slow.

It's supposed to be. Real battles of the scale they're trying to pull off don't end in 4 minutes.

I can see how that would be jarring if you don't expect that going in but I suggest anyone take a little bit longer look at the game as it's got a lot of depth and refinement to it IMO.

But yeah, I love TF2 (please for the love of Christ tell me you aren't playing it on a console).

Hells no. You can add me on Steam if you want, my username here is the same on Steam.

Saw the trailer last night, my dad didn't catch the "first person" bits, and he thought it was a movie and wanted to go see it! The graphics are sick.

Keep in mind, the graphics always look better in trailers than when actually played. I hated BC2 because the graphics compared to COD were shit, but I'm hoping that somehow, someway, this game lives up to the trailer, because I'm tired of playing just one franchise(COD). I like some variety!

The trailer was used with all in-game footage.

You're blind if you thought COD had better visuals. Especially considering that COD is really quite linear without any real interaction with the environment. And this was gameplay as hoops said.
