Yeah I like Shameless. I'm a couple episodes behind but I plan on catching up with those this week.

I've watched it all season and love it. Right now the Sunday premium shows suck other than Shameless.

Any show that combines Emmy Rossum + Topless = win!

Wouldn't say it's a great show, but it's certainly entertaining, especially on a Sunday night when there's nothing else on TV.

So yea, I enjoy it.

Anyone else feel like they could have found someone better than William H.Macy to play Frank? I just don't take him seriously as a major drunk. I am not a huge fan and haven't seen much of his movies so I don't know if thats a major reason why. I love the show regardless though.

Showtime's other new show, Episodes, is horrible. Can not get into it at all.

No Californication? One of my favorites.

I think William H. Macy plays the role very well. I have watched this since the very first episode and have really enjoyed it so far.

I haven't seen this yet but I've heard it's pretty good. I think it's definitely obvious that Showtime has surpassed HBO with shows like Dexter and Weeds and now this

Watched the first episode. It was pretty good. I didn't realize the show is an hour long, or is that just the first episode? I guess I will find out. I will start watching it once Californication ends today. I wish Californication was an hour long, but I assume its only 24-30 mins by choice since a brand new show has an hour slot.

I disagree. There is a reason why HBO leads every station in Emmy nominations each year. I really haven't watched a series on HBO that I disliked other than Hung. I will give you Dexter, Weeds, Shameless, and Californication, but put them up against shows such as entourage, boardwalk empire, true blood, curb your enthusiasm, or east bound and down and they just don't compete.

Haa I don't think any network competes with AMC. Breaking Bad, Mad Men and Walking Dead are all really incredible shows and are shown with limited commercial interruption. The Killing looks like it might turn into another great one
