200 M pool swim, 8.5 mile bike, 2 mile run. Going to make this my opening day tri for the 2011 season. I am looking for a 1500 M swim, 13 mile bike and 10 K run sometime in July or August, but this will be my warmup.

Anyone else on here run in tri's? If so where and when!

I'm swimming 1600m, Biking 16 miles and running 2 miles for training tomorrow.

Is Piketon near Wavery in southern Ohio? If so, I know of none in your area. But June 5th & 6th is the Warrior Run in I think Logan area.

Non sanctioned super sprint. Premier sports I believe does the timing. Its in late July. 150 m swim, 12 mile bike 5k run. Fast course, 1 small hill on the bike and thats it.

150 m swim, what do they cross the Mohican Creek behind the football stadium and that's it?

I'll be doing my first Olympic this year, I usually do sprints with .5 mile swims.

Swimming is my strong point. Being 6'5" 255lbs with semi bad knees and the run is a chore. I like the bike now that I own a nice road bike. Good luck with the olympic. That is my goal!
