4 California cities rank in the top 5
Miami is #2. I guess everywhere Lebron goes becomes miserable? ;)

I've been to a lot of places and I don't see how it gets much more miserable than Youngstown. And I just drove through Gary, Indiana and the GHETTO parts in the south side of Chicago last week.
