Why does he think Shivner is going down to 130? It is my understanding that he didn't make weight last week... Makes you wonder if he can make AND STILL be the Shivner we all know.

Usually when you struggle with weight all year that struggle continues into tournament time. Never had it work the opposite way

True, but I think Spearman is the best 103 at Darby by far.

It has been said by a very reliable source that Shivener is very close to making the scratch weight of 130. This would optimize his and Ty Davis chances of both winning a state title.

TBH, I think he'd give Ty a serious run for his money at 135.
