That is really cool. I remember seeing him on the field this past week, and I was wondering why he wasn't playing, as he seemed like the biggest guy on the team.

Sounds like such a great young man. All teams should be so lucky as to have a guy like "Big Mike" on the team.

I think it is "cute" how the young kids think us old timers are living in the past! I am well aware that it is 2011! Might do you younger folks a little good to learn the history of the WCAL! I am sure that a few years from now those same people will be refering to the Bobcats of 2011!!! lol

Lost my home router last night. Lightning struck outside and blew out a window in the house about three feet from were I was checking the OC.


I am not sure Western Reserve is the best example of a good defense. New London put 35 on them and South Central hung 24.

The fact that a 6-2 CVCA could only hang 7 on Norwayne while giving up 40 does worry me, though. They may not be the best 6-2 team around, but they're not shabby at all. I live not far from the school and know a couple kids who go there.

That CVCA team comfortably beat a Tuslaw team that edged out the Smithies in Week 1.

I was at the game. The 7 they did score was with 2 seconds to go in the game with Norwaynes freshman in.....and the 40 couldv'e been a whole lot more

Records, playmakers, talent, gameplans, weather, stadium can all be thrown out the window in a Big game or Rivalry...I think this game will be very competitive and we should see the bobcats play 4 quarters. Anything can happen and that is why we play the games....right ringz? :D

I look for Smithville to give Norwayne it's best game of the year so far, with Norwayne winning a much closer game than many expect. Go Smithies!

In referance to post #3097....LOL Its amazing these video's surface than disappear. It seems to me, that Norwayne would not even be in this 8-0 stretch and this conversation wouldn't be taking place if the LAST video would have had disciplinary actions taken.

That was swept under the rug...Beast didnt forget! Hopefully for the young men it dont suddenly resurface!

That was a video from the beginning of last year and that player already graduated.
