Since he doesn't have to call plays and is pretty good QB man. Could he be a candidate for the the job now that he has been fired by the Ravens?

Yes. I believe he and Holmgren worked together for 7 years in Seattle. Anyone heard the rumor of Bernie Kosar being hired by the Bengals in some advisory role?
