This is what happens to a country that has a government entranched into the free market. Kinda sounds familiar.
Events like this make me very thankful for what I have. My heart goes out to the people of Egypt, I couldnt't even imagine how that must be.

Bear in mind who is actually running Egypt and has for decades. It's the military. The politicos are just faces. The real power is with the military and has been for a long time.
Ironically, the news reports were saying how the people rioting hate the police but treat the military as heroes.
