Do I just need to fill out this form and mail in a $125 check with it? I can get one through legalzoom but it's an extra $99 on top of the $125 filing fee.

And that's all I need, right? It would be a waste of money to pay $99 to legalzoom when all I need to do is fill out the form and send the check, right? It's farther to Chicago than by train, right? Right, right?

I mean, you would need your own articles and such, which is what the legalzoom thing is I think.
