What if it was pre-owned by a cop?

#6 is basically the same as the one I have, albeit it's higher than you said you were willing to pay.

It's a great one, though. 100 cigars. Spanish cedar. Been storing my Edicion de Silvio salamon in there for about 4 years now.

I say get #3, and then use the leftover cash to invest in a digital humistat and some good humidifiers, as those things never come with enough, even if you season them correctly.

So if I get # 3 what all do I need?

Can you make a a list? I plan to keep about 10-15 cigars at a time. I smoke maybe once every few months in the winter and probably once per week in the summer

1 - Humidor
1 - Humistat (Digital, as the analogue ones are never as accurate)
X - Humidifier(s) - Depending on how much you need
1 - Gal. Water, Distilled (for filling the humidifiers)

That's really all that's necessary in terms of what you need.

From there, you have to season/cure the humidor. A good seasoning is once a day for 7-10 days.

I hate to be needy, but maybe you could provide links for 2 and 3 just so I have a good idea of what to get

In truth, much of choosing a humidor is personal preference. I didn't mind the box, and I liked the beveled glass on mulitple sides. Lock and key were a plus (used to work in an office building where I didn't trust the cleaning crew).

I wouldn't like the color above, but mine is black.
