(b) If you sit on the john and rest your chest on your knees, it's easier to get both in the bowl at the same time (a little bending still required, but not nearly as bad).
(c) Carrying piss bottles is sick, and she probably would have been grossed out anyway, when she found out he did that.
(d) Whether you have an aversion to using public restrooms, it would certainly be better than this, AND than carrying piss bottles with you.
(e) If his sphincter muscles are that weak, I bet he's taken it in the 2.
