Pre-registration only-$16.00 -Checks payable to Newark Wrestling Club
Weights: We reserve the right to combine weights when necessary. Awards: for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers.
Div. 1 - ages 6 & under 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, HVY
Div. 2 - ages 7 & 8 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 90, HVY
Div. 3 - ages 9 & 10 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, 120, HVY
Div. 4 - ages 11 & 12 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 110, 120, 130, HVY
Rules: Modified High School rules-(3-1 minute periods) 10-Point Technical Fall Rule and sudden death overtime
Times:
Weigh-ins and Registration will be done through pre-registration only at the Evan’s complex on Sharon Valley Rd. (next to Liberty Middle School and across from the Newark Little League Complex)
Pre-registration weigh in dates and times are as follows:
Thursday, January 20th, 6pm-7:30pm
Friday, January 21st, 6pm-7:30pm
Saturday, January 22nd, 6pm-7:30pm
Check-ins will be from 8am to 9am on the day of the tournament. Everyone will need to check-in. Wrestling will begin at 10am. Birth Certificate must be shown if age is challenged.
Out of Town (option available for teams only-with head coach verifying weights): Out of town coaches may email lineups by Friday 1/21/2011 by 8pm—Include names, ages and weights—email to: [email protected] . You will need to fill out the registration forms and make sure when you pay that the table workers check your name off the preregistered list before 9am.
Admission: Adults $3.00 Students $1.00 Family $5.00 Concessions: Concession stand will be open all day.
