Who's going to be where?
Is this another jacked up week with Wed night match ups?
Darby will be traveling to Central Crossing.
There will also be a bonus bout with tough West Jeff being there making it a tri.
With over half of the league duals finished, who is still in the running for the league titles?

Westerville North will be hosting Westerville Central in a good old fashioned dual on Thursday. Start time is 7 p.m.

I heard it had to do with their exam schedule, nothing nefarious or anything like that. Education first.

No problem, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Actually, I am sad about BR not being there, 3 programs with Worthington Kilbourne, U.A. and BR on the rise, would have made for some fun wrestling. UA and WKHS will still be good.

This should be a great match. I'll give WK the slight edge here.

I find it kind of sad that they are cancelling/postponing due to 3/4 of an inch of snow (which is all I see in Olentangy). Olentangy is on early release too...wow.

There needs to be a waiver or something for wrestling folks. "The Inclimate Weather Sign-Off". Heck, we're not basketball people...right whos with me? Dang, it looks like all evening activities are canceled for Olentangy Schools. But, they can have practice...boo

You would think the world should stop turning because of a little snow. People are becoming so soft! Lets go we want to wrestle!

Feeling the need to rant and rage! Kick, scream, fuss, complain. I hate snow. I hate scratch weights. Grrrr.... Come on OHSAA... how 'bout if matches are cancelled, they can still weigh in and pretend to compete at that weight. Give us a break... Please....

That sucks hizzmuther! So they've struggled to make scratch weight tonight and now they can't wrestle?

I was feeling bad for our kids being at weight and having their match cancelled. Then I remembered that many of the Bradley kids were planning to make scratch tonight. Now I don't feel so bad any more......that's a VERY tough thing for the Bradley kids to have to endure.hizzmuther;645502 wrote:Feeling the need to rant and rage! Kick, scream, fuss, complain. The worst of it is... now they have to make scratch at a tournament that's plus four the first day. Now... that sucks. But... as long as they get to go tomorrow... everything else will work itself out.

Oh man, having to make scratch at a tourney is bad enough, but a tourney +4! Yikes! I know, I'm just praying our school doesn't cancel tomorrow because we're leaving in the morning for a 2-day dual tourney. It would stink to lose out on all those matches!

Yeah... you guys go up towards Toledo, too... right? We are supposed to leave for Toledo at 10:30 tomorrow morning for a Friday/Saturday bracketed tournament. I don't think they are getting as much snow up there, so I think the tournament will go on... I'm just terrified that Hilliard won't let them take a bus at that time. Fingers crossed.

That's my concern as well. That they tourney should go on without a hitch, it's just whether we're allowed to travel.

I will say this: I was irritated about the cancellation and our shortened workout today. However, when i got in my car, the roads were really, really icy. It took me about an hour to make a 20 minute trip.
