Story is on the front page of TMZ and was posted 35 minutes ago.
Says that a press release from the Dr Phil show says despite his claims of being sober, he has been drinking daily.
I wanted to believe in this story, but I have to say I am not suprised.

Well, if this is what it took for him to seek real help, it's still a blessing, if he can successfully complete the program.

I really hope he can get the help he truly needs and get on the right track.

What if he can only do the radio voice when he's drunk? Anyone ever think of that, huh, did ya?

I think this guy only has 10 minutes of fame instead of 15. I just don't see him changing.

Wonder if the Cavs job/house had any clause in his contract about "staying" sober.

kind of sad really...i dont know how this is affecting his job offers, but its sad that this guy is getting a second chance(and a chance most people would love to have) at life and seems like he is blowing it.

With the way this season's gone, being wasted might be necessary for him to get through it.

Clearly he was lying when he said he'd been sober for 2 years. I'd say checking into rehab is actually the beginning of turning things around. Maybe he can stay clean with a roof over his head and a steady income. Hopefully the job offers don't dry up because he's doing the right thing getting help.

Yeah, it really seems to be a case where he blew a line of BS and, because he has a great voice, it got lapped up as this great gutter-to-penthouse sort of story.

Kraft is probably kicking themselves. Could have gotten this guy a lot cheaper than what they did - all they needed was $5 and a bottle of boone's but probably paid a 1000X that.

Look I'm all for the cinderella stories but in today's world there are too many good people, doing the right thing, that can't get jobs or help like this. This guy gets on youtube and the whole world feels sorry for him and jobs are offered, mortgage, etc....and he still wasn't doing as he said he was! Sorry go away back to your alley! Sorry if that is cold but there are more deserving people!
