are we supposed to do anything with people....COA is PMing me that he is getting them. I know, I know...he deserves it, but should we have some sort of rule/protocol when dealing with this?

Is it possible to actually see the PMs inside a person's box? Because I could say I'd been threatened and copy-paste it for you to see it...while changing the text in the box from something like, "You better shut up" to "I will find you and beat your ass" without any problem.
I wouldn't want to take action just based on CoA's word, as he's a guy who seems to go to lengths to get rid of people he doesn't like (re: 50 post reports a day concerning Capone).

I say to an extent it is his fault.
But where do you draw the line? You can't out someone by name, but you can start naming family members? Spouses? Significant others? And in mantooth's case, "partner"?
