I need some help because I don't know Adobe products very will.

We have a employee performance appraisal PDF that has fields you can fill out for ratings. Is there anything in the Adobe suite where you can grab the field values and calculate the sum into another field?

I know the marketing person is using InDesign to create but I didn't know if there was any way to do calculation in the form also.

Any help would be appreciated and before anyone tries to LMGTFY, I've already Google'd it and I've found nothing, so nice try bro.

Why do you have to figure this out? Not to be a smart ass, but why not pick up the phone and ask the HR or IS or whatever department that designed the form if they can do it? If you have a good idea to tweak the form and make it more functional for the company then they will probably incorporate it into it so everyone can benefit.

I am IS. I don't know the Adobe suite stuff. That's not an IS product as much as it a marketing/design suite. I just wanted to know if it was even possible, and if it was id step in an figure it out. We have decided to go with a web form through our document retention/storage software instead.

Also marketing just made the form layout not anything fancy like calculations and what not. Nor would I expect a marketing person to really know that.
