Can’t beat this ………… feeling

Week ago I had a soar throat and a stuffy nose (got over it in a day)..day after that I have a slight head ache and congest chest and my runny nose. The same for my wife.

Anyone else is having difficulty shaking off this type of Cold….?

had one since December 10th or so after being outdoors "camping" for about a week in NC. It hit its worst last saturday but has been getting better the last few days...finally.

Every year we come up with new vaccines. Every year the colds get worse.

Just rough it out, Belly, and build up a natural tolerance.

I think its the cold that lasts a lifetime, been fighting mine since before christmas, seems to be going around here.

this is the first time in a very long time I have not been able to recover ... Note: I never nor does my family ever get flu shots
