Mine doesn't, being self employed, but I've got to be more creative now to make a living.

Compared to my previous jobs, its a dream.

Great office, great coworkers. I do get overloaded occasionally and people tend to forget I'm only one person.....other than that...its the shit.

I used to love my job, but do to some personnel changes, I go to bed every night dreading work the next day. Unfortunately, I'd be hard pressed to find another job w/ the pay and benefits I have now. So, I'll just hang in there and hope things get better!!

Interesting - Forbes Magazine just published their list of best and worst professions.

http://finance.yahoo.com/career-work/article/111771/the-best-and-worst-jobs-for-2011

I have the third -best job in the world - and I will admit it's a pretty sweet gig. Of course, it took me twenty-five years to get it....

As has been obviously proven on here, I apparently have the best job in the world, because I don't have to do anything at all, and I get paid way too much for it. That's right....I'm a teacher. In all seriousness, I do love it. It's more challenging and rewarding than a lot of jobs I believe, but I suppose that's another debate.

While in college I worked as a roustabout. It is the worst job ever.

Love my job now. Just wish it were busier with work instead of meetings.

I dont IND my job now, I am a kitchen manager at what I would feel is one of the most popular "Middle Teir Steak Houses". I have to also work position shifts but get paid the same to do it, and I don't get paid awful. Perks are quality food whenever I want it for pretty much free...and a great staff to work over.

I do miss my 50K a year office job tho...but the tanking housing market pretty much put it in its mouth, chewed that whole company up and spit it out. I went from an office of 350 strong, to being one of the last 24 people in a building that could house 350 people....its pretty spooky when that happens.

I HATE the retail setting and am hoping to find a hospital position soon.

Other than that, I like my job.

I've worked as an STNA for almost five years now. With any job, some days are great and some days are awful. The immense pressure/responsibility can wear on you. Tonight for instance was a great night. Worked 3pm-11pm (probably the easiest shift), had five easy patients who were very appreciative of the hospital and employees (those patients are levels better than the pricks who think they are the doctors) worked with nice, helpful people and even got to eat dinner with my girlfriend. MOST of the time the shifts follow that type of pattern. Perhaps once a week you get caught with grumpy coworkers/patients or it's just busy as hell.
I'm currently going to school for respiratory therapy, and about 16 months out from my degree. I'm really looking forward to that because I won't be the bitch of the hospital anymore. The job I have now is great but I would never want to do it for many years. There's a lot of older women there (also LPN's) and I can't understand how they do it for so many years.

It also helps that I schedule my own hours. If I want to be full time one weeks I can be, or I can just work a few hours -- any shift, morning, night, weekday, weekend. And I'm paid more than 97% of my peers.

My job is boring as anything. I can't say I hate it though. I have a decent job with minimal education and am thankful to have it. Of course I wish I had a job that was much more fun so that I didn't hate getting up going to work so much.

Each to his own.

I've worked on farms, punched out wrenches on a stamping machine, riven trucks, patrolled freight docks in -25 degree weather, paid medical claims, and now this. This is much better.

I love my job, I love my coworkers even better they are awesome. I hated my last job though, people were out to screw eachother over just so they can look pretty in the boss's eyes, but that's the corporate world I guess.

I like my job, don't get paid worth a shit but im still in college. I can work flexible hours and the people I work with are pretty cool. Some days I don't like dealing with the public and their shit but I guess that's life.
