The pink house and fairy garden tell me this might be for real. The scene looks like crazy people live there and crazy people swing real babies around, so I think it is real. Disturbing and real. Mohican, good eyes. Even when I paused at 1:37 I couldn't tell if those were mosquito bites or boobs.
