I don't see how that couldn't help.

He sure looked pretty good last year in Oakland. Dont know if thats because of the scheme or because of the Tackles in the AFC west not being as good as the North

I was commenting to him falling off the map when we drafted Joe Thomas.11 sacks his rookie, year then Joe Thomas comes in and shuts him down. He said it destroyed his confidence.

Yeah I guess gettin your ass beat in practice every single day would be quite demoralizing

I was impressed with Smith the rookie FA running back. I hope he makes the practice squad at the very least. He displayed his quickness and thought he showed good vision.
I also thought our offensive line looked tremendous, they pwned the Packers dline.

How much is the FB going to be leading Hillis in this offense, really? Isn't the WCO more about one back than two back sets with a traditional FB leading the RB into the hole? Vickers was such a liability running or catching the ball, that I think we're going to be fine with Maricec, as soon as he gets comfortable with the offense.

One thing I really liked about last night: Jauron put his DBs on an island all night long and they mostly performed well. That was a pretty good test to find out what you have so far as DB depth goes. I doubt he'll be playing that much straight up man defense during the season, but it would be nice to be able to do it if you can.

Finally, McCoy is looking like the QB I envisioned him being coming out of Texas...and it is why I was desperately wanting the Browns to take a chance on drafting him. I think in this offense, he is going to be deadly...

Nothing more than roster depth with the injury to Hagg as the tweet mentioned.

Speaking of hits, there's one that occured in the game Saturday night that no one is really talking about. I forget the down, but Seneca Wallace was in the game. I wanna say it was 3 and 9 maybe? 2nd Quarter. Wallace scrambles for a first down. Greg Little destroyed a Packer along the sidelines during that run. I'll see if I can find video, but I thought for sure someone would mention it before this. Lemme see what I can find though.

Loved Little's hit. It was a nice clean hit. And hell yeah Hillis took a shot, held my breath for a second there.
