Best - my daughter' wedding. Great guy, relaxing day, minimal fuss.
Worst - Death of my father-in-law - not so much his passing as the mess that the son of a bitch purposely left his wife to clean up.

Worst: After losing 40 pounds at the end of 2009, I put it all back on slowly throughout the year. Time to get back to being serious about maintaing my fitness.

Best - Birth of my second daughter. Oldest daughter starting kindergarten. Wife got bonus at work.
Worst - Paying for top dollar child care. (I honestly can't think of anything else "bad" that has happened).
Toughest - I went an entire year (almost all of 2010) without drinking. Very proud of myself.
