I'm in between too. I like to keep the living room, kitchen, dining room, basically anywhere a guest would see very clean. Yet if you go into the bedroom its a complete disaster.

I'm in between.
Desk is a shithole in my place because I'm never there.
Kitchen stays clean when I do the dishes (my roommmate won't do it)
Rest of the bed room is fairly neat
Living room is clean, in part because there's nothing there

I lean towards neat freak. The only messy part of my house is from my bedroom, I have to walk through a sort of walk-in closet dressing area to get to my bathroom - the dressing room is a disaster with clothes everywhere.

Not compulsively tidy, but I can't stand clutter - or not being able to find stuff because someone didn't put it back where it belongs.
Son of Cat Food is an absolute slob - i mean, like a couple of dozen half-full glass of God only knows what in his room. We've actually had to go raid it because were were running out of drinking glass in the kitchen

OCD tidy, but not clean (dusting, cleaning shower, etc.)
Wife is clean freak, but the most untidy person I have ever met. Piles of shit EVERYWHERE!

Not a complete slob. Bathroom is usually cleaner when I'm at school than at home. Both of my bedrooms are usually a wreck but I try to keep the living room and kitchen in my apartment from being to messy.
