At 3 pm today the Steelers will announce their MVP. Pick only 1 and lets see who wins. I'll go out on a long limb in say Pouncey.

I'm saying it's Timmons. He's having his best year and leads the team in tackles.

Polamalu....game changer, but I don't think he will get it.

some good candidates but I'd pick Polamalu for the timely plays

I think if you take him out of the lineup they would be about 9-7

- interception against Atlanta when the Falcons had the ball late in a tie game...Reed missed the FG and the game went to overtime but who knows, maybe the Falcons would've drove down for the winning FG
- awesome game against Tennessee, he was all over the field in that turnover fest
- interception against Buffalo near the goal line as the Bills were driving for the winning touchdown
- sack/fumble against the Ravens which may very well decide the division title
- interception touchdown against the Bengals which jumpstarted the team, they were about to go into halftime trailing 7-0

It has to be Polamalu. The defense has won 3 or more games for the Steelers, including the impact Troy makes. They are 5-7 without him. He is clearly the favorite IMO.

Polamalu. When the defense needs a big play, he seems to be the one who delivers more often than most.

Troy P.
I'd take him on the Browns in a heartbeat.

Yea he deserves it. But I still admire what Pouncey has done this year. Hopefully they draft his brother.

I'm extremely jealous that Pittsburgh has Troy P. He is a playmaker.

No because of the position he plays. Probably will be Bradford.
