New Years Day Dinner
Traditional News Years Day dinner at the Belly home is:
Sauerkraut and Pork Roast (slowly cooked and slices of carrot and Soy Sauce blend in the kraut)
(Bake the Sauerkraut and Pork Roast with a silver dollar on top as a token of Good Luck) nobody believes in that but it is a tradition handed down from my grandparents
Mashed Potatoes (lots of butter)
Corn
Salad
Beets and eggs
Fresh rolls
Cheese cake
What is .. if any your Traditional News Years dinner or event?

pork roast with sauerkraut. mashed potatoes and green beans.
we typically have a big greasy breakfast on new years, this year we may do waffle house or just stay at the house and do it ourselves.

We don't do the pork and sauerkraut thing....which I am thankful for since I hate the stuff. My stepdad will make it for himself but no one else eats it.

Head out to her dads house and eat kraut and ribs and watch the rose bowl. Been doing that since the kid was born in 05.

We made enchiladas for New Years a few years ago, they were so good it's become a tradition.
