this is fucked up on so many levels:
a. there is a scenario where his story is shit; he premeditated the murder and killed this woman while fucking her
b. her fantasy was to be held at gunpoint during coitus; leading to a freak accident that killed her
c. he's 23 she's 50
d. after he blew her brains out, did he blow his own brains out?
