My brother did it again this year. A golf umbrella. I own a golf business. Why in the hell would I want another golf umbrella? Just another gift I'll donate to a charity raffle. Any gifts you'll be giving away?

My mom got me two jackets. One is a true winter, snow jacket. She knows I have no use for them because I rarely go in the stuff and if I do I can tough it out. The other was a nice jacket, but the color wasn't for me. Too bright. We're going to try and get another color.
I also got real, real nice boots I just don't know if I can rationalize keeping $200 boots. I'd never spend that kind money on my feet.

lol, right when i unwrapped it and saw what it was I quickly hid it because I knew if my brother saw it I would never live it down. Then it turns out she got him the same thing.

This is the same woman who bought the movie grandma's boy because she thought it was going to be "cute" but after watching it swears it's the dirtiest thing ever produced.

I liked everything I got as well.

Funny story though. My 3 year old nephew is quite the hellion. We've been telling him since Thanksgiving, he's just going to get a bag of coal for Christmas because he's so bad. He keeps throwing a fit and telling us "No, I'm not!!!" So, me and wife literally bought him a bag of coal. Among other things, but it was a little gag gift. He comes running downstairs this morning, all excited because Santa came. We told him everything was for his brother, he only got one thing. He didn't believe us. So we all sat down to watch them open gifts, and my sister hands him our gift that we wrapped. He opened it up to find a bag of coal. To say he was pissed would be an understatement. His reaction was hilarious.

okay.....for the fourth year in a row...the brother outspends me 4:1......makes me look like a piker...

then when he skips town for the next 18 months it is left to me to fill in the gaps.

Ahhhhh....Christmas....as Bing croons........."I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas..............."

I got one of those last year for Christmas. The only thing I have ever used it for is making mashed potatoes.

I manage a Steakhouse, and I honestly love to DUDE cook, huge hearty steak and tater meals, I use mine all the time to mix things. For example Ill stick my Mac n Cheese mix of cheeses and ingredients in the big bowl and mix it and spatula it out into the pan before I bake it. I love my Kitchen Aide Stand Mixer. Plus its that kick ass man blood red color...

I mean, I understand that the mixer is a gift she'll probably use more than you but those things are very nice and you'll benefit from all the tasty treats she can make with it. Hell, get a meat grinder attachement and start grinding your own blends of meat for awesome burgers and such.

If you cook at all, it is a great gift, I make my 5 alarm meat loaf in it too. Mmmmm, I need to make that again soon! Nothing like an innocent Loaf of Meat sneaking up on you and burning your mouth off! LOL

I was given a Kentucky shirt by my aunt. I'm a student at UK. If there's one thing I don't need, it's a Kentucky shirt. And an ugly one at that.

Nah, I'm not picky and am pretty easy to buy for usually. My only problem comes when people buy me clothing and them getting the right size because I am kind of petite. My Husband got me a medium pair of scrub pants and no joke I think I could fit my entire body in just one of the legs. They are freaking huge. Aside from that to me it is the thought that counts. The person took the time, effort and money to find me something I'm not going to whine if it is something I don't love. The only things I would never wear or use, ever, are Michigan, Steelers, LeBron James or Alabama/Auburn gear.
