I know people who cuss, dropping F-bombs and all but would never dare say the "GD" cuss word.
Do you say God damn it or is saying this really bad because of the God part?


I'm sure their may be one or two people on ohiochatter who lie and say they never cuss......ya, wutever.

I try not to cuss (the really bad words) at all, but they do happen from time to time lol

I never say the GD flippantly, just to use it as a cussword. I generally say it to describe a vile thing like talking about child molestation, I would describe that as a "God dammed thing".

Hopefully that made sense :)

I say it way more than I would like to. I try to catch myself...but sometimes I drop a GD a couple times a day, especially when driving around town.

Indeed. Besides, throughout religion, many deities have been known to damn people or places with regularity. So if I wanted to go that way, I'd just say that I'm pointing out something that one god or another needs to give a good damning to.
