It was Jacksonville's 5th win in 33 all-time meetings against the Gators and first since 1994. Jacksonville is now 7-3 and could be ranked next week.
Also wanted to add Dolphin > Gator

Also, Jacksonville isn't even receiving votes in EITHER poll. They will not be ranked next week.

Wow...I mean yeah that's a good win for them, but there are undefeated teams out there who are barely receiving votes(Cincy).
Do you know who said it? Because they need to stop talking lol

Cincinnati has a strength of schedule in the 300's and an RPI in the 100's.
This is a loss that will crush Florida as well as hurt OSU's OOC big time.

It will hurt OSU's OOC but I wouldn't say big time. It's not like OSU lost to Florida. They did pound them. If they had lost to Florida like K-State then maybe. Could it have a bearing come tournament selection time as to which number one seed they are maybeCinciX12;608929 wrote:Cincinnati has a strength of schedule in the 300's and an RPI in the 100's.

Certianly not a good loss...but it will NOT "crush" Florida nor will it hurt OSU OCC schedule "big time". lol OSU is ranked #2 in the country. If they go into the Big Ten and do what is expected...no one will remember shit about the OCC schedule. And if Florida does well in the SEC, they will be fine as well. If OSU/Fla were hanging on the edge come NCAA time, then games like this could come back to haunt them. OSU isn't going to be on the bubble. Florida..who knows. But again, take care of business in your conference, it all works out.

Artis Gilmour and Pembroke Burroughs had outstanding games for Jacksonville.
