First of all the person who put it up on the facebook page may live anywhere in the area and probably not in Steubenville......I grew up in the area where the video was taken years ago ..It was a great neighborhood ...Labelle area has gone to shit It is very bad up that way yes .....Steubenville has urban blight

It's funny that a "name" poster would post pictures of his house on the other site, showing how he had it decorated to support the football team. Oddly enough, it didn't seem to bother him that the place would be condemned in a lot of localities.
