I figured Penn State would come up big in this one but 42-3 surprised even me.
Alton v Languis - both true freshman......what a difference. I think he is 13-0 now with something like 11 pins? That just doesn't happen in D1 college.
Taylor 14 -1 over Sponseller. That's a convincing enough win but he had 5:44 of riding time....total dominance. Why is he only ranked 3rd?

I just read that Sponsellor has wrestled his last match at 157, will be moving back up to 165

Good move! David Taylor isnt the little scrawny kid he was in high school anymore! He is the real deal. I see him going the next 4 years and being ncaa champ.

yea they will rebound but that was embarrasing. Sanderson is building a machine, another year or 2 and these guys will be unstopable. When do they wrestle iIowa in the duals??? Ohio state is getting better too, dont get me wrong, but the name sanderson, kind of draws alot of recruiting like the name gable did!
