Does anyone have one of these juggling balls? I was thinking about buying one as sort of a gag gift and wondered if it easy to master.

It's just contact juggling. There is nothing special about the ball, other than it looks cool. Using a fushigi ball doesn't make contact juggling any easier to learn than using any other type of ball. Just use some type of solid color ball if you want to learn to contact juggle (like a racket ball or q-ball).
