About a week ago, I joined the SmartPhone world and purchased a droid. I have seen a lot of talk about the tap to talk application. What exactly is it and is it worth purchasing?

Its called Tapatalk lol

And yes from what I have heard it is definitely worth it. I have a blackberry and its only in a beta version, but its still better than going to the site on the mobile web.

Well I haven't seen the actual version of it for this site, but it allows you to access message boards on a scaled down version.

You can read and post messages. Start threads, view pictures without waiting for the entire page from the site to download. It is fast and convenient.

it's worth the 2.99 or whatever it is, IMO. allows you to do everything (post, PM, link, watch video, view pics, visit links, etc.) that the full site does, only it's on your phone.

It is ridiculous that it is still in beta form for bb. I actually like the android version the best.

I didn't have any problems accessing or posting on this site from my Droid X...and I don't have any problems with my Droid Pro.

I can understand having that for BB because the mobile web on BB sucks a fat one. But for an Android user...does it really make it that much better?

Yes man it's way better. You don't have to pull up the Web Browser and all that. You download an app and it's just way easier.
