I've heard rumors that Heath, Licking Valley AND Whitehall will be at a tournament together in late January! That's gotta be the BEST tournament in Central Ohio that weekend!!!

i'm guessing Redman will be at 215? Him and Drumm would be a great finals match.

Maynard will be at 140 at this, josia is still out from his concussion I think
There hasn't been a wrestle off yet?

I think 171 definitely looks to be the deepest weight by far

"Dunlap will be back this week...and there will be a Dunlap/Maynard wrestle off at 140, neither can go 135 yet."

Lineups are due at 12 noon on Friday.

Dunlap will indeed be held out. Not his wish, but precautionary for the big picture.

Congrats to the Licking Heights Hornets 2010 County Champions Jason Maynard and Tyler Price, and runner-up Zak Scott-

I know the team has had a series of injuries/bad luck that kept them from having anywhere near the team showing they may have had today, but hopefully all healthy by Medina.

Well u got 1out of 3 right.Barlow dominates, but Robinson lost to Legace from Valley 6-4 in semis, and rolled to a 3rd place finish,And the most anticipated match of the night Drumm VS Redman turned into brawl witch redman ended up pinning Drumm in 1:44 in the 1st period. That also sealed the MVW for Redman.

There was alot of good wrestling today. Licking County is putting alot of good talent on the mats.Congrats to all the coaches and wrestlers that made the day a success.

Anyone else impressed that Newark (5th) was only 10 points out of 2nd place, a few falls here or there, and they could have been runner ups. Kudos to coach Parsons and his squad on a solid showing at the LCIT! It has been a long time coming....

I was planning on coming out for the finals, but my knee and ankle wouldn't allow it today....sounds like it was some solid wrestling all around!

Just a correction - as an extra in last year's tounament, Licking Valley's Nathan McCown took 3rd in 171 as a freshman. He returned this year at 189 as an extra behind Harble and I know he placed - not sure how high.
