I tried to figure it out, but couldn't. I saw banning options, but not basement options.

Nope, I can't do it. I'm assuming you have to do it under the "ban" feature. I just don't have changing use group to troll as an option, but under the edit profile I can see stuff there.

Yeah, I looked again and I replied in the thread....I had no luck. If he doesn't go away in a few...maybe we should just give him a 1 day ban or something until justin can take care of it.

I tried to set him as a troll too, and failed miserably. Had an idea, but it didn't work.
I unbanned him for 5 minutes to try something before rebanning him.

Can you guys not change someone's default group from Registered to troll? That is how you send people to the basement.

No...it only lets us outright ban them.

Are you logging into the Mod CP or Admin CP? Can you login to the Admin CP?

I am pretty sure I can only get to the Mod CP. I can change from "Banned from Politics" and "Banned from Users".
But when I go to "edit" their profile I can see the other options, but that's not anything to change them.

I only could get to Mod CP with the "ban from politics" and "ban from users" options. And to see the banned users list to realize Justin has an anger management problem as far as spam accounts are concerned.
