Work has me traveling again. This time I'm in Houston, TX. So far, I've been to Pappadeaux's seafood kitchen for lunch and Goode Co BBQ for dinner. I always drove by Reliant Stadium (where the Texans play). I thought it was pretty cool how their training rm faces the street and has windows so you can see in. I tried finding the Astrodome but someone couldn't find/see it. I also drove by the zoo, but couldn't really see much because it was pretty late in the night.
Any recommendations/suggestions on where to go/see?!?!
There is a giant ass mall kinda close to downtown that is interesting if get really bored.

The galleria mall is pretty cool.
The Astrodome is right next door to Reliant. you can see both from the 610 loop.
I always like to go to Chuey's. It's the best Mexican food joint i've ever been to. My bar of choice downtown is the Flying Saucer.

If you drove by Reliant, look east at the giant pimple next to it....thats the astrodome. Chuys is awesome Mexican food. I also recommend the Aquarium in the the Theatre District. Smash Burger is a must when in Houston. If you can make it Southeast of town, Kemah Boardwalk is a good time.

If you want tex mex...find the oldest/dirtiest building u can that looks like its about to fall down and eat there...my experience tells me most of those places are the best
Or you could just forget all that and come up to Austin!!!
